New year’s resolution to use your feet

New year’s resolution to use your feet

Happy new year. 2016. Make this a year where you resolve to stay healthy. Its not that hard . It starts from the ground up. Resolve to use your feet. Yes, that means run , jog, bike , swim, walk. Do anything with your feet Yoga, Pilates, squats, jumping jacks. Using your feet will keep your heart pumping and help your cardiovascular system work well. One big mistake many make is that they resolve to go all at it full steam starting from nothing. That may cause injury. you must build up stamina so that your body does not get injured. Make sure to stretch. stretch your achilles and hamstrings. Also look at your shoes now is the time to buy a new pair of sneakers. A worn out sneaker can be a major cause for injury, such as ankle sprains and plantar fasciitis. As well do you have a history of foot injuries , a new pair of orthotics are the right way to start the year off. Exercise by using your body weight is an excellent way to stay healthy. Don’t let previous years failures keep you away from attaining the health that you deserve this year. Remember a little a day can make a big difference. Start with 15 minutes a day for three times a week. Then slowly increase your time and how much exertion you put into the exercise. Give yourself incentives to stay healthy, exercise with a friend. give yourself a reward if you complete a certain goal. Keep those feet moving and healthy in 2016. If you have been pushing off a treatment that you have needed in previous years resolve to take care of yourself. You can lose weight and be happy with feet that are in good shape. This year de-feet poor health and stay active with your healthy feet.
